Chattanooga Tree Service Pros ("we", "us") runs chattanoogatreeservicepros.com. This page describes what information we receive through the site and what we do with it.
Information we receive
When you fill out a request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the kind of work you need and your message. When you call, our phone system records your number, the time and length of the call, and, where it is turned on, a recording and transcript. Like most websites, the site also receives routine technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and how you arrived.
Why we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule an estimate and provide the service.
- To prevent spam and fraud, and to measure which pages produce requests.
Who we share it with
Your information goes only to the people and services needed to handle your request: the companies that host our forms, phones and scheduling, and the technicians who do the work. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep request records only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect them with reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling (423) 206-3918 or contacting us through our online contact form.
Calls, texts and email
If you ask us to contact you, we may call, text or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Children
The site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
